If you want to come to Sweden with your own car, that's of course possible. You can park the car at the base camp. You can find the address here.

Parking at the base camp costs €30 for three days.

The best routes:

Take the ferry from Puttgarden or the Storebælt Bridge to Denmark. You can buy tickets for these crossings online or on-site. Then, you’ll travel via the Øresund Bridge from Denmark to Sweden. You can buy a ticket on-site at the toll booths or through this link.

Expect about € 190 –€ 330 in additional costs for the ferry/bridge and toll bridge.

Did you book the weekend trip? Then you can take advantage of our airport shuttle from Oslo Gardermoen. It departs on Thursday at 1 PM from the airport to the basecamp. The following week, the shuttle will take you back to Oslo on Monday morning, where you will be dropped off at the airport at 12:30 PM.

So make sure to book flights that align with this travel schedule.

Good nutrition is important during an active holiday! That's why we've put together a food pack that meets all your needs during the trip. We offer both a vegetarian version and a version with meat. Don't forget to add the food pack to your booking.

If you don't have camping gear of your own or don't want to bring too much to Sweden, no problem! With us, you can rent high-quality camping equipment for your trip. We provide you with a tent, sleeping bag with a liner, and a sleeping pad.

Since we recommend bringing as little gear as possible in the canoe, you will receive one tent per duo if you rent camping equipment for both persons.

Please note: you will need to bring your own pillow.

At the basecamp, there is a limited number of fishing rod sets available for rent. A set consists of: fishing rod, fishing line, and lures.

Of course, you can also bring your own fishing gear. We recommend bringing spinners and/or shads as bait.

Cancellation Insurance

It's always possible that you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. This is never fun, but it helps to be well insured. Do you want to be fully covered until the moment of departure? Then choose our regular cancellation insurance during the booking process.

Those who booked early received the Superflex booking conditions. This allows you to cancel or move your trip (depending on availability) to another week until April 1, 2026, without having to provide a reason. So you can book completely risk-free.

If you want to make sure you're on time for the briefing in the morning, book an extra night for the trip.

The briefing on the first day starts at 9am in the morning. After the briefing, you'll head straight out on the water, so you can enjoy a full day of paddling.

If you would like to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for an extra day, book an additional night after the trip.
